Shipping & Returns

You are our valued customer and your satisfaction is our goal. If you purchased a product which did not meet your needs, please, contact us after reviewing below information regarding shipping, return, replacement, or refund.

You can view the FedEx shipping options at checkout which includes FedEx 2 Days, and FedEx Ground Home Delivery. We will process your order the same day if you complete the order Mon-Fri by 3pm EST. Orders not processed the same day, due to higher than normal demand, will be processed by the next business day and ready for shipment.

All Sales Should be Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

Return for refund within: 30 days [un-opened item]

Return for replacement within: 30 days

Restocking Fee: Yes [opened item]

Please note that you may be charged a 15% Restocking Fee for non-defective returned item(s).

You must return the product to us undamaged and in perfect condition. The product must be unregistered, and returned with everything that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally.

In cases of damage or abuse, the product may be refused.

Software, Batteries, Ink, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

Opened DVD movies, music or video games can only be exchanged or replaced for same.

Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

To avoid costly returns, check the System Requirements for each title. Be sure you have at least all of the system requirements before ordering. If there are any questions, please contact us before you order.

In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. Email us through the Contact Us form with Your Name, Your Order Number (invoice number on your invoice), the title of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.

If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Email us through the Contact Us form for a replacement shipment. We will include a prepaid return mailer in your replacement shipment that you can use to return the incorrect product to us.
